Elizabeth Farrell

About Elizabeth Farrell Elizabeth Farrell has practiced employment law, exclusively representing employees, since 1999 when she graduate from Willamette University College of Law with honors. Since her sophomore year in high school, Elizabeth has held a variety of jobs, from retail to waiting tables to legal assistant to cleaning dog kennels. After college, she owned and operated a small business for several years prior to attending law school. Before opening her own practice in Oregon in 2001, Elizabeth worked as an associate attorney at a law firm in Madison, Wisconsin, representing employees. She is an active member of the plaintiffs bar, belonging to the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA), and is licensed to practice in state and federal courts in Oregon and in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Outside of her law practice, Elizabeth is an avid photographer, back-packer, horseback rider, gardener, and cook, who loves spending time at home in the country with her daughter and many pets.
