Christian Zupancic

Overview Christian Zupancic is a long-time resident of the Pacific Northwest: he grew up fishing, camping, hiking, and skiing in the small mountain town of Sandy, Oregon. Later, he attended Stanford University to earn his degree in psychology, after which he moved to a different mountain town, South Lake Tahoe. From Tahoe, his travels took him across the planet...including to Spain, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Guatemala, and even on an eight-year stint across the U. S. to perform with a nationally-touring music group. At last, Christian decided to get a haircut and to move back to Oregon to get his law degree. In 2013 he graduated from Willamette University College of Law, cum laude, after which he and his wife AJ moved to the beautiful coastal town of Seaside where they now reside. Christian, AJ, their two daughters Ruth and Corinne, and their dog, Tig—who really loves rolling in dead fish—couldnt be happier. Practice Areas Christian practices in a number of areas that surround the unique property interests present on the Northern coast, including purchase and sale transactions, boundary disputes, landlord-tenant law, construction defect, partitions, land use, and even condemnation proceedings (eminent domain). He has represented a variety of clients with real estate holdings in the coastal region, from developers to small businesses to commercial and residential landlords.
