Max I. Goldberg

Attorney Max I. Goldberg Trial Attorney Personal Injury About Education Max I. Goldberg joined Hill & Associates in 2021. He is an experienced litigator representing individuals and their loved ones injured in accidents involving UBER/LYFT, SEPTA, snow removal companies, Dram Shop, and property owners. Prior to joining Hill & Associates, Max was a litigation associate attorney at another firm handling personal injury matters up to and including arbitration and trial. Max is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. EDUCATION Max earned his undergraduate degree at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 2013 with majors in Political Science and Religious Studies. Max completed his law degree at Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he was a member of the Moot Court team and competed in various competitions. He also volunteered with Philadelphia Legal Assistance representing claimants in Unemployment Compensation hearings.
