Julius Besser I am one of those people who has been given the opportunity to get a wide range of experiences. Even though I was raised in Memphis, Tennessee, after completing high school, I was given the opportunity to live in Jerusalem, Israel, for the next nine years. During that time, I was fortunate enough to receive certification as a Rabbi and to meet my lovely wife. I am dedicated to understanding my client and helping them to achieve their goals.
