He prepares the following documents for his clients:Wills Revocable Trusts Durable Powers of Attorney for Financial Matters Health Care Declarations Irrevocable Insurance Trusts Gift Trusts He also has experience implementing more sophisticated estate and gift tax planning techniques, such as family limited partnerships, limited liability companies, spousal lifetime access trusts (SLATs), grantor retained annuity trusts (GRATs), qualified personal residence trusts (QPRTs), sales to intentionally defective grantor trusts (IDGTs), charitable remainder trusts (CRTs), and private foundations. In addition, Adam handles trust reformations, post-death trust and estate administration matters, and preparation of gift tax, estate tax, and fiduciary income tax returns. With assistance from his colleagues in litigation, Adam counsels clients regarding estate and trust disputes.
