Zachary Newman

Zachary Newman Attorney A transplant from California who has made Southern Oregon his home, Zachary Newman is an energetic, passionate attorney. Zach received his BA in Political Science-Legal Studies from California State University, Chico. He also minored in Psychology and helped run the Universitys nonprofit legal clinic. After graduation, Zach worked in Los Angeles as a paralegal. Following three years of paralegal work, Zach moved to Eugene to attend the University of Oregon School of Law and received his JD in 2018. Zach then worked at Southern Oregon Public Defender until joining Two Rivers Legal in 2023. Zach is a former board member of the William V. Deatherage Inns of Court and represented the defense bar in Jackson Countys Wellness Court Program. Outside of court, Zach is an active competitive shooter who is now attempting to blend his obsessions with the law and firearms to help his local community.
