Mark Clinton Hooper

Mark has made a career out of advising and representing insurance companies. He practices in California and Illinois, handling all types of insurance liability cases. In addition, Mark has a strong background in construction defect and product liability defense work. He has litigated matters in numerous state and federal jurisdictions and has actively resolved matters through arbitration and mediation. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mark was briefly a teacher. He also formed a small electronics manufacturing company with his father. In his spare time, Mark volunteers with U. S. veterans groups.
