Roger K. Evans, Attorney Roger K. Evans is an experienced attorney with over 40 years of experience representing individuals, families, farmers, ranchers, vineyard owners, and business owners, helping them with estate planning, probate, trust administration, and business legal needs. Mr. Evans is a member of the Marion County Bar Association and the Oregon State Bar Association. Mr. Evans is also a member of the Oregon State Bar Sections concerning Elder Law, Estate Planning and Administration, and Business Law, and is a member of the Willamette Valley Estate Planning Council, and the National Association of Estate Planning Attorneys. Mr. Evans is licensed to practice in Oregon State courts and Federal U. S. District Court. Mr. Evans follows in the footsteps of his father, Keith D. Evans, who practiced law with the firm of Goodenough & Evans in Salem, Oregon. Mr. Evans lives in Salem, Oregon with his wife, and his two adult children. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys camping, snow and water skiing, riding dirt bikes and mountain bikes, as well as hiking.
