Alexander Wilcox Hsu

Alexander is a trial attorney who focuses his practice on products liability and employment litigation. He has represented defendants in a wide variety of civil litigation. As defense counsel, he has represented clients in tort and employment litigation as well as contested administrative hearings. He also has experience representing various public employers and government agencies in matters involving constitutional and statutory defense. Alexander has experience developing and implementing defense litigation strategies for every stage of litigation from pre-suit claims and initial pleadings, to discovery, and all the way through to trial and post-trial appeals. He has served as lead counsel on cases in both state and federal court and has represented clients in mediations and administrative hearings.
