Jason B. Elliott

Jason graduated from Tennessee Technological University in 1998 with a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering. Jason proudly served for 4 1/2 years as an officer for the Gallatin Police Department, being honored with the Valorous Service Award for heroics during the line of duty. During his time as an Officer he decided to go back to school to obtain his law degree. He was a law clerk for Evans, Jones & Reynolds from 2003 to 2005. After graduating and passing the bar in October of 2005, he decided to open his own law practice. After being in private practice for over seven years, he accepted a position in the Sumner County District Attorney Office as an Assistant District Attorney. After prosecuting thousands of cases and being the lead prosecutor on Sumner Countys first ever wiretap, he reopened his private practice firm after almost ten years of prosecution. Jason is committed to making sure his clients voices are heard and continuing in his 24+ years of his dedication to the law. Jason is a born and raised Sumner County resident. He has been married to his wife since 1997, and has two children.
