Michael D. Anderson BIOGRAPHY Michael D. Anderson is a seasoned trial attorney and co-chairs Kelly Harts Litigation Section. With over 22 years of legal practice, Mr. Anderson has navigated a diverse array of high-stakes litigation cases. His extensive trial experience encompasses cases involving breach of contract, breach of warranty, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference, trade secret theft, and fraud. Beyond these commercial matters, Mr. Anderson has also provided legal representation to religious organizations, addressing a wide spectrum of concerns from internal governance issues to defending against allegations of sexual misconduct. Throughout his career, Mr. Anderson has remained actively engaged in representing both individuals and businesses who have suffered injury due to the misconduct or negligence of others.
