Ashley Allison Marton

Ashley’s passion for helping “real people” has been a cornerstone of her legal career and her life. Prior to moving to Oregon, Ashley represented employees and injured individuals in Phoenix, Arizona, and New York City. She gained valuable experience as a legal extern at the Phoenix Regional Office of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, which helped develop her passion for employee rights and workers’ dignity. Ashley also spent a year living and working in Nairobi, Kenya, providing advocacy and support to The Girl Child Network’s sanitary napkin campaign. Her time in Kenya sparked a lifetime of public service.
