David J. Feldman

David Feldman is a founding partner at The Feldman Firm. His area of practice and focus is on First Party Insurance Defense, Insurance Coverage, Premises Liability, Real Estate Litigation, Commercial Litigation, and Estate Planning. Mr. Feldman has experience in State, U. S. District Court in the State of Nevada and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Feldman has litigated numerous jury trials to verdict as both plaintiff and defense counsel. Mr. Feldman practices in the area of Insurance Defense, handling matters dealing with Bad Faith Insurance Defense, Premises Liability Litigation, Motor Vehicle Collisions and Insurance Coverage issues. Mr. Feldman is a member of the American Bar Association, Clark County Bar Association, State Bar of Nevada and the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Feldman also is a member of the West Charleston Lions Club, located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. Feldman attended University of Nevada Las Vegas and obtained a B. S. in 1990. Thereafter, Mr. Feldman attended Ohio Northern University where he obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1996.
