Defended Oregon employers against wrongful discharge and discrimination lawsuits and administrative proceedings. Represented clients in complex lease and real estate development contract negotiations. Obtained dismissal of client for lack of personal jurisdiction at the Oregon Supreme Court through writ of mandamus. Opinion at Cox v. HP Inc., 368 Or. 477 (2021).
