PartnerAttorney David Frye graduated from New England School of Law Boston in 2013 and was admitted to the bar in November of 2013. Since the start of his career, he has focused exclusively on civil litigation with an emphasis on landlord/tenant matters.In 2017, Attorney Fryes arguments in a landlord/tenant case were featured in Lawyers Weekly, a matter which resulted in the eviction of a registered sex offender who was erroneously admitted to a project based public housing development.In addition to having successfully tried numerous residential and commercial summary process cases, Attorney Frye has appeared before the Federal District Court in Boston, the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, and the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
