Jill Anna Brisbois

An attorney at Brisbois Defense PLLC, Jill A. Brisbois represents clients in the Twin Cities area in Minnesota, and throughout the rest of the state in matters related to criminal defense. A former public defense for the Tenth Judicial District, she is a board-certified specialist in criminal law, certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association. Throughout her career, she has earned jury acquittals in many criminal defense matters such as driving charges, assault, criminal sexual conduct and first-degree murder.Ms. Brisbois was recently named one of the Attorneys of the Year by Minnesota Lawyer magazine, and she is extremely involved in the local legal community. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Rules of Criminal Procedure within the Minnesota Supreme Court Advisory Committee.When needed, Ms. Brisbois still takes time to help the local public defender’s office. She also co-counsels with fellow attorneys in legal areas such as personal injury, custody, dissolution of marriage, condemnation, real estate, bankruptcy and eviction matters. During her career, she has represented a wide range of individuals in various stages of life and is committed to providing the same level of advocacy to cases both big and small.
