I am a litigation attorney which means Im who represents you in court. Ive handled all aspects of personal injury claims including jury trial of accidents involving motor vehicles, pedestrians, motorcycles, bicycles, slander and libel, malicious prosecution, funeral home director liability, land-owner liability claims, wrongful denial of insurance claims and many other negligence claims. After youve done something for as long as I have, you tend to learn how the other side is going to plan and react to different situations the case brings. Knowing this means I can anticipate the moves of the defense and stay ahead of them so were always moving towards the finish line. I like having a game plan in place and seeing down the road so Im that much more efficient throughout the process. No two days are the same and Im always engaging multiple parties at once but I love how the legal process is fluid and, if navigated successfully, can lead to big wins for my clients.
