E. P. Heffron

E. Patrick Heffron concentrates his practice in general insurance defense, civil litigation, municipal law, motor vehicle litigation, premises liability and dram shop liability. In addition, he focuses a large part of his practice on labor and employment matters defending clients before the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and in Pennsylvanias state and federal courts. Pat is a sought-after industry speaker delivering lectures and presentations on industry topics, and developments in his practice areas. Prior to joining Chartwell Law, Pat was a partner at a prominent law firm in Scranton where he represented various Fortune 500 corporations, local corporations including non-profits, government entities and individual defendants throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania in arbitrations, mediations and trials. Mr. Heffron has also practiced before the Pennsylvania Superior and Commonwealth Courts of Appeal along with the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
