Commercial Litigation As a commercial litigator, Nathan represents corporate and individual clients in various commercial disputes, including contract and business tort claims, breach of contract disputes, corporate and partnership disputes, fiduciary issues, breach of duty claims, and other claims arising from a commercial setting. Creditors Rights In the area of creditors rights, Nathan helps lenders and lessors recognize value from distressed loans, equipment leases, and other commercial instruments.
