40 Years Experience 3 Practice Areas 1 Locations BIO Suzanne Merrick has over 30 years of experience in successfully defending and counseling private and public entities and individuals in a range of matters, including claims of gender, race, and age based discrimination, hostile work environment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, breach of contract and other torts before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Suzanne has a focus on the defense of claims against counties, municipalities, local agencies and their officials and employees, including claims for violations of civil rights. She has tried numerous cases to verdict and defended and argued appeals in both state and federal court. Suzanne joined the firm in 2005. She resides in Mt.
