Mallory Kay Stoll

Get to Know Mallory Stoll Mallory K. Stoll is a partner at Blahnik, Prchal & Stoll, PLLC. She devotes her practice to family law and juvenile law. Mallorys family law practice includes a broad range of areas, namely divorce, legal separation, child custody, parenting time, child support, post-decree, and adoption matters. She also provides representation to parties in harassment restraining order and order for protection proceedings. In juvenile court, Mallory represents parents and relatives in child protection matters, including children in need of protection or services (CHIPS) and termination of parental rights (TPR) proceedings. Mallory also provides court-appointed representation to parents in Scott, Le Sueur, and Rice counties. Mallory is licensed to practice in the State of Minnesota and the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community Tribal Court. Mallory is both a zealous advocate for clients in the courtroom, and a creative problem-solver in settlement negotiations outside of court. She represents each of her clients with compassion, and understands that clients deserve a knowledgeable attorney that will work to resolve matters efficiently and in the clients best interest. Her practice includes representation in district court, the Minnesota Court of Appeals, and the Minnesota Supreme Court. Mallory regularly appears before the Minnesota Court of Appeals and has argued before the Minnesota Supreme Court. She has also represented organizations in the filing of amicus (friend of the court) briefs for cases before the Minnesota Supreme Court in TPR proceedings. In addition to her law practice, Mallory serves as a conciliation court referee for the Third Judicial District. In this role, she presides over conciliation (also known as small claims court) matters and decides the disposition of these matters following a hearing when the parties are unable to resolve their case. Through her membership in the Minnesota State Bar Association and a participant in the Childrens Justice Initiative, Mallory has built relationships with family and juvenile law professionals throughout Minnesota. Mallory previously served as an adjunct professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law with the Child Protection Clinic, where she supervised and mentored law students in all stages of child protection proceedings. Mallory grew up in Prior Lake and graduated from Prior Lake High School in 2005. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2008 with academic honors. After graduation, Mallory returned to Minnesota and graduated from Hamline University School of Law (now Mitchell Hamline School of Law) in 2012. Mallory currently resides in Scott County with her husband Brandon and their dog Annie.
