Kimberly Ann Prchal

Kimberly A. Prchal is a skilled attorney with a proficiency in estate planning, probate, estate and trust administration as well as estate and trust litigation. Kim also handles matters of guardianships, conservatorships, civil commitments, real estate, and civil litigation. Born and raised in the Prior Lake area, Kim graduated from Prior Lake High School and received her Juris Doctor degree magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School and is a member of the Minnesota Bar Association. Kim is also an active member of the Prior Lake community. She serves as Chair of the Economic Development Authority and regularly volunteers for Junior Achievement teacher, Wills For Heroes, and the Probate Clinic in Hennepin County. Kim has been a regular presenter for Minnesota CLE, teaching at both the Probate and Trust Law Conference and the Real Estate Institute.
