Scott S. Cooley

Jackie Baltrun is a Salado native with a BBA from Baylor University and earned her law degree at Texas Tech University School of Law. During her time at Texas Tech University, she participated in the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic as well as the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program; she was named Best New Volunteer for 2013 at VITA. Jackie is a current Member of the Lampasas Kiwanis Club, a volunteer with Lone Star Legal Aid, a former Board Member of the Lampasas County Museum Foundation, and is the current Municipal Court Prosecutor for the City of Lampasas.
