Melissa A. Bell Melissa Bell attended Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice in 2005, endeavoring to practice forensic science. Following graduation, Ms. Bell worked for a local Tahlequah attorney for several years before deciding to attend law school. Ms. Bell received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2013 and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society. Ms. Bells practice is primarily focused in estate planning, probate and trust administration, and guardianship. She is licensed to practice law in the state courts of Oklahoma. Her professional memberships include the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Tulsa County Bar Association, the Tulsa Title and Probate Lawyers Association, and the Tulsa Estate Planning Forum, of which she is also a member of the board.
