Dan D. Plambeck

Dan Plambeck Dan has been with the firm since March 2, 1982, and is currently the managing partner. He specializes in matters including civil litigation, estate planning, probate, and business matters with a heavy concentration on real estate matters. He also manages the Clay County Abstract Company and holds shares in this as a full-service real estate title company that provides abstracting, closing and title insurance services in Minnesota and North Dakota. Dan practices law in North Dakota, Minnesota, and the Federal District Court for the District of North Dakota, the Eighth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. In 1975, Dan graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan, with a B. A. degree in Political Science. He attained his J. D. law degree from the National Law Center of the George Washington University in Washington D. C. in 1978. He has worked as legal counsel for El Zagel Shrine Temple, A. A. O. M. S. since 1979. He was an Alternate City Judge for the City of Fargo from 1980 until 2005. Dan is married and has 3 children. He is very enthusiastic about all his familys activities. Apart from family activities and working, he also loves playing golf and chess.
