About
Raymond B. Mitchell Esq. I seek to maintain a high quality professional relationship with each of my clients. Being a sole practitioner attorney allows me to give each of my clients more personal attention. Communication is the key to the success of a clients case. We communicate all important issues to our clients so they can make an informed and wise decision. We provide our clients with copies of all important documents we receive on their case. We have the latest technology to ensure the most reliable and cost effective methods in legal research and client communication. I graduated from Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia in May 1993. Regent was an excellent law school that taught law based on the Christian and Biblical viewpoint, which means your Inalienable Rights and Liberties are protected by Law, Justice should be done in all, evildoers and criminals are punished justly. I am licensed to practice law in Florida and I have been a member in good standing with the Florida Bar since May 1994. I was an associate attorney practicing family law and divorce for one year in Fort Myers at a family law firm in 2003-2004. I started my own law firm in May 2004, which began operations from its humble start at home and it soon expanded into the current law office on Del Prado Blvd. in Cape Coral. Prior to law school I graduated from Florida Bible College in Hollywood, Florida after attending Florida State University in Tallahassee.
