Jackson Bowman

Jackson Bowman is a partner in the firm located in our Tampa office. For over 30 years, Mr. Bowmans professional career has involved real estate-related matters. He is a graduate of The University of the South (B. A. 1985) and Stetson University College of Law (J. D. 1998). Mr. Bowman brings experience as a real estate appraiser (He holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute) and consultant in the field of eminent domain law. Mr. Bowman served for five years as an adjunct professor at Stetson University College of Law, teaching Real Property Litigation and Land Use Law. He frequently lectures on property rights topics to interested professionals at seminars sponsored by CLE International (2004, 2005, 2008, 2011, and 2015), and ALI-ABA (2009). He is a member of the Florida Bars Eminent Domain Committee, and is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts; the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida; and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Bowman is named in The Best Lawyers in America for years 2007-2023. In 2014 he was named Lawyer of the Year by Best Lawyers in the field Eminent Domain for the Tampa area. Mr. Bowman has litigated a wide variety of cases across the state to successful conclusion.
