Biography Mr. Watson graduated from New Mexico State University in 1999 with a Bachelors in Government Studies and a Minor in Spanish. He then obtained his law degree from the University of New Mexico in 2002. He worked as an Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney for The Scott Hulse Law Firm in El Paso Texas until 2004.
