Michelle A. Hauser

Michelle is highly respected by her peers and is known as an excellent family law attorney throughout the Nevada legal community. Her impressive resume includes work as a contributing author for the 2008 edition of the Nevada Family Law Practice Manual, the foremost compilation of Nevada Statutes, case law, and local and state rules on Family Law. She also teaches other attorneys how to practice family law in CLE (Continuing Legal Education) courses and prepared several Amicus Curiae Briefs on behalf of the Family Law Section. Michelle is the former secretary of the Family Law Bench Bar Committee for the Eighth Judicial District Court and participated on The Nevada State Bar Family Law Section Executive Council and is the Former Chair, Vice-Chair, and Secretary. She is also a graduate of the American Bar Associations intensive trial advocacy program. In 2008, she worked as a Truancy Diversion Judge. She was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 2001, and to the U. S. District Court, District of Nevada, in 2005.
