Nels J. Vulin

A founding partner of Vulin Wilkinson LLC, Nels is an experienced construction attorney with over a decade of experience in all areas of construction law. Nels practice primarily focuses on construction defect claims of all types, including: single-family homes; apartments; condominiums; commercial facilities; and municipal projects. In addition to being a leading construction defect attorney, Nels maintains a busy transactional practice, assisting owners, developers, and contractors in negotiating construction agreements of all types. Prior to co-founding Vulin Wilkinson LLC, Nels founded Vulin Law LLC and had previously been an attorney with Ball Janik LLPs Portland office. He has been named to the Oregon Super Lawyers list for the past seven years and has been included in the most recent versions of the Best Lawyers in America. He is a Fellow with the Construction Law Society of America. Nels received his law degree from Duke University and is licensed to practice in all Oregon and Washington Courts. He lives in NE Portland with his children.
