Scott Eickelberger

Attorney Scott D. Eickelberger Scott is a partner with Kincaid, Taylor & Geyer where he has been primarily involved in all aspects of estate planning, estate administration and real estate matters. This includes the drafting of Wills, various types of Trusts and Powers of Attorney. Scott handles commercial and complex litigation primarily revolving around real estate and will and trust disputes. He earned a bachelors degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio (1988) and his law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law (1991). During law school, Scott clerked for the Licking County, Ohio Common Pleas Court. Scott is licensed in the State of Ohio and in the Southern District and Northern District Federal Courts of Ohio and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Scott has been the Solicitor for the Village of New Concord, Ohio since 1992 and has served as the President of both the Muskingum County, Ohio and Perry County, Ohio Bar Associations. Scott is a member of the American Land Title Association, the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association and the Muskingum and Perry County Bar Associations. Scott D.
