Robert A. Swider

Mr. Swider has been a practicing attorney for over 40 years. During which time he has been involved in all aspects of state and federal court civil litigation concerning intellectual property, copyright law, trademark law, computer and internet law, unfair trade practices, electronic commerce, general business, complex litigation and personal injuries. He is ultimately responsible for the supervision and training of the firms associates. Mr. Swider has received an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale and Hubble, which is a testament to the fact that his peers rank him at the highest level of professional excellence.
