Malori M. Maloney

IR Law Project, Malori worked at Metropolitan Public Defender, where she represented Oregonians accused of Measure 11 offenses. While attending the City University of New York School of Law, she interned for the Sylvia Rivera Law Project, the California Appellate Project, and Brooklyn Defender Services. After graduation, she worked at the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office. Her experiences working with incarcerated people fomented a passion for prison abolition and a deep belief in the right to self-determination for all people.
