Huntley has also been admitted to practice law in the State of Washington and Federal Court. He is a member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association and the Washington Trial Lawyers Association. He was appointed by the Oregon State Bars Board of Governors as a member of a committee responsible for investigating unethical conduct of lawyers in Washington and Yamhill Counties. He was also a member of Oregons Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee responsible for protecting consumers from the harms caused by non-lawyers practicing law in Oregon. Recently, Huntley passed the Bar Exam for the Confederate Tribes of Warm Springs Tribal Court, which allowed him to represent people injured on the Warm Springs Indian Reservation. He has successfully prosecuted injury claims against Indian Head Casino and is qualified to represent people for any type of injury that occurs in Indian Country. Outside of law, Huntley coaches his sons baseball teams and contributes generously to charitable groups that protect the environment and promote education for disadvantaged children.
