He litigates commercial, construction, contract and tort matters along with insurance claims and disputes. Greg also represents individuals and entities in professional malpractice and disciplinary matters. Greg is a Member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and a Senior Fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA). He is also a Past President of the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel (OADC). Greg was a Deputy District Attorney in Marion County from 1993 to 1997. He has extensive trial experience before juries and has handled hundreds of depositions, mediations and arbitrations. Greg also frequently serves as a mediator and arbitrator. Greg graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington in 1989 and he graduated with a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Willamette University College of Law in 1993 where he was Chairperson of the Moot Court Board and nominated to the Order of the Barristers.
