The majority of our education begins to dissipate after graduating from college. Being an attorney creates an environment where I am able to increase my education on a daily basis. Which area of practice are you most passionate about and why? I enjoy construction defect cases. Most of the time when dealing with construction defect cases you either get new homeowners or couples who built their dream homes. Both scenarios involve the majority of the individuals savings and retirement accounts. Whenever they experience a serious issue with a newly constructed home it can really take an emotional effect on the individuals. I particularly enjoy the positive effects winning at any state of the litigation brings my clients and he impact it has on their emotional wellbeing. What do you consider to be your greatest strength as a lawyer? The ability to effectively argue, negotiate, and be persuasive when advocating my position. What sets you apart from other lawyers? I try to put myself in my clients shoes and make myself available as often as possible. What do you do for fun? I enjoy competing in BBQ Smoking competitions, cooking in general, concerts, and spending the weekend at the lake with my family. I have a wife who works in the aircraft industry and two teenage children.
