He handles all aspects of commercial litigation, including contract disputes, shareholder disputes, zoning and land use, employment law, intellectual property, real estate and insurance matters. He counsels and advises clients on matters involving employment, real estate, zoning and a wide range of other business matters. David serves clients operating in a variety of market segments and industries, including residential and commercial development, securities, insurance, tool manufacturing and distribution, automotive and health care. Prior to joining the firm, David was a partner with Grippo & Elden, LLC in Chicago, IL, and an associate with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, LLP in Washington, D. C. David is the president of the Oakland County Bar Foundation.
