Joseph M. Kecskemethy

Norman D. Jaffe (retired) A native of Butler, Mr. Jaffe graduated the Dickinson School of Law, and served as legal counsel to individuals and businesses in the Butler County community for over sixty years. In the Spring of 2017, Mr. Jaffe retired from the practice, leaving a wealth of knowledge with his partner and associates. His practice focused primarily in divorce, child custody and support, and he was known and respected as an unmatched family court litigator in Butler, Allegheny and contiguous counties. Mr. Jaffes years of experience both in courtroom litigation and in negotiated resolution of family disputes, anchors the reputation of the firm in Pennsylvania family law. Mr. Jaffe also counseled clients and his co-counsel in all matters of estate planning and will preparation, as well as preparation of powers of attorney, and in the probate and administration of decedents estates. The firm continues in the practice of probate administration and litigation with a view to Mr. Jaffes care and attention to detail, simplifying the process for clients, from opening an estate through Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax compliance to final accounting. Mr. Jaffe was an active member of the Butler, Allegheny and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and was admitted to practice before the courts of common pleas of Pennsylvania, all Pennsylvania appellate courts, and the Federal Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
