Kimberly Van Der Riet

Kim Van Der Riet is a trial lawyer who understands that professionalism and courtesy are not incompatible with success in litigation. With a keen eye for detail, Kim develops and implements strategies designed to obtain the most favorable result for her clients, whether it is early resolution of the case or presenting persuasive arguments to the court at trial. As a partner with Milne Law Group, Kim brings extensive experience in construction defect litigation as well as first-party and third-party insurance defense matters. Over the years, Kim has gained valuable experience representing both general contractors and subcontractors in multi-party construction defect cases. A graduate from the University of Central Florida, Kim earned her law degree, magna cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University, Shephard Broad Law Center. When not serving her clients, Kim enjoys spending time with her family and staying active.
