Bollard

William C. Bollard is an experienced trial lawyer, arbitrator, and mediator with over 35 years of litigation experience. He specializes in business litigation, including business fraud, intellectual property, professional liability, and employment litigation. He has extensive international experience in cross-border matters and is a member of the California Association of Realtors Panel of Mediators. He has also served as Special Consultant to the Mexican Federal Judicial Council and is the Regional Director for Latin America for the Geneva Office for Humans Rights Education.
