Tiffany Ann McFarland

Tiffany McFarland, KC-based Super Lawyer, joined the legal profession out of a desire to make a positive difference in peoples lives. Her passion for people is at the core of McFarland Law Group, but it also extends to the broader Kansas City community. For Tiffany McFarland, KC is more than just a place to live and work; its the vibrant community shes served for nearly two decades—as an attorney, an educator, and a volunteer. Serving as an adjunct professor at her alma mater, UMKC School of Law, she has played a major role in educating and inspiring countless attorneys in-the-making. Nearly two decades of experience have equipped her with a wealth of knowledge to draw from and use in the Family Law Practice courses she teaches. As a frequent Continuing Legal Education presenter, Tiffany McFarland provides professional educational opportunities to help local attorneys fulfill the requirements for maintaining their licenses. Missouri lawyers are required to complete a minimum of 15 hours of CLEs each year, and Kansas lawyers are required to complete 12 CLEs annually. Tiffany McFarland has also been a volunteer with the Womens Employment Network. WEN is a Kansas City nonprofit that educates, supports, and empowers women entering or re-entering the workforce. As the founder of a women-owned and operated legal practice in KC, Tiffany is a proud supporter of the cause to increase access to employment opportunities and professional development for women at all stages in their careers. People arent just the focus of her practice as an attorney; theyre at the root of her passion and a source of endless curiosity.
