Seth N. Benes

Mr. Benes joined the firm in 2015 as an associate upon his graduation from the Stetson University School of Law. In keeping with firm philosophy, Mr. Benes seeks to provide each client with comprehensive representation of his or her legal matters. To that end, Mr. Benes has represented clients in a broad range of areas of law focusing on real estate and commercial litigation. Mr. Benes specializes in the area of landlord-tenant litigation and commercial litigation. Mr. Benes is a member of the Florida Bar since 2015 and was admitted to the U. S. District Court, Southern District of Florida in 2018. Mr. Benes is a native Floridian and speaks English and Spanish, fluently.
