Alicia O. Leonard

Attorney Leonard was born and raised in the Rockford land area. She has practiced in Winnebago County for the last 16+ years. She started her legal career in the Winnebago County States Attorneys Office where she prosecuted crimes from Class A Misdemeanors to Class X felonies. In 2010, she started her own practice focusing on Family Law, Juvenile Law and Criminal Law. Attorney Leonard enjoys traveling to Walt Disney World regularly, culinary exploration, and snuggling with her 3 puppies. Education:Attorney Leonard graduated from Harlem High School in 1999. She earned her Bachelors of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Illinois at Champaign/Urbana where she majored in Political Science and minored in Womens studies in 2003. Attorney Leonard received her Juris Doctorate from Northern Illinois University College of Law where she graduated Cum Laude.
