Robert Hines

Born in Virginia and raised in Florida, Robert received his undergraduate degree in Criminology from the University of South Florida, and his Juris Doctor of Law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law. Robert co-authored an article with his brother, James P. Hines, Jr., Preparing An Estate Plan - What a Parent of a Special Needs Child Should Consider, Bright Feats Magazine, Spring of 2008 Edition. At Hines Norman Hines, P. L., Robert is a partner and manages the firms North Tampa office, which provides legal services in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, and Guardianship administration and litigation.
