Tim L. Eblen

About Tim Tim is a third generation Oregonian, born in Portland, raised in Troutdale, and then went down the road a ways to attend Willamette University, in Salem. Before attending law school, Tim moved to Vietnam from 1998-2001 to teach English at Da Lat University and Vietnam-USA Society. Tim returned to...you guessed it...Oregon, to attend law school. In 2002, while in law school, Tim began working for trial attorney Jeffrey S. Mutnick, and gained experience with Oregon civil litigation practices. After finishing law school Tim moseyed over to Banks, Oregon and worked in a general practice with the unstoppable Robert Ireland, now Ireland & Ireland, PC. There Tim managed the firms civil litigation cases, while also gaining a breadth of other legal experience that only a country practice can provide. In 2006 Tim joined Smith & Greaves LLP to work in their creditor rights and collection litigation practice. While there Tim furthered his depth of litigation experience, and his knowledge of debtor/creditor law. He left in 2011 to start this practice with his buddy, Michelle. When not at work, Tim loves to get outside and enjoy the Northwest outdoors - hiking, camping, and cross-country skiing. Education Lewis & Clark Law School, J. D. Willamette University, B.
