About
Biography Mark Allen Wilson is a Managing Attorney for California Rural Legal Assistance, Inc. (CRLA), a nonprofit legal services provider for low-income and rural California residents. Mr. Wilson manages and directs CRLAs Mobile Home Project, a team of attorneys and paralegals dedicated to defending the legal rights of homeowners who reside in mobile home parks throughout the State of California. The Mobile Home Project engages in affirmative litigation against mobile home parks for violations of the Mobilehome Residency Law and defends clients in unlawful detainer proceedings. Mr. Wilson has focused his practice on real property / real estate law for fifteen years, with an emphasis on homeowners association / commercial common interest development law and mobile home parks. Mr. Wilson has been a licensed attorney since 2006 (California) and currently serves as Chair of the Executive Committee for the Real Property Law Section (California Lawyers Association - 2024-25 term). He obtained his Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law in San Diego, CA, and a bachelors degree in English from UCLA.
