Kimberly Seibert

Kimberly K. Seibert focuses her legal practice in the realms of motor vehicle negligence and no-fault law, routinely representing insurers, rental car companies, trucking corporations, and other businesses in disputes regarding no-fault coverage and automobile negligence claims. Ms. Seibert also defends insureds in premises liability and general negligence claims. Ms. Seibert provides comprehensive counsel to her clients across all phases of pre-suit claims management, including devising strategic approaches for potential litigation, initiating fraud inquiries, and offering insights on coverage and priority matters. Ms. Seibert has numerous articles and seminars to her credit. She also frequently conducts presentations for insurers in the insurance, automobile and trucking industries on the most recent developments in Michigan no-fault and automobile negligence law. Ms. Seibert earned her Juris Doctor degree from Wayne State University Law School, where she was honored with the Bronze Key Certificate. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan with a degree in Brain, Behavior and Cognitive Science. Ms. Seibert has been an active member of the Detroit Bar Association for her entire legal career and was elected to the Board of Directors in 2022.
