Shawn J. Davis

Mr. Davis joined Falk Waas in 2003 and became a shareholder in 2012. Before his transition into civil law, he served as an Assistant Public Defender for the 13th Judicial Circuit, handling many high-profile cases. His current practice focuses on matters involving auto, trucking and rideshare liability, general and premises liability, construction defects, product liability and medical malpractice. Mr. Davis has received a Martindale-Hubbell AV Peer Review Rating. He is also a member of the Craig S. Barnard American Inn of Court.
