Sean Hengesbach

Seton T. Hengesbach is a second generation Hernando County native who practices in the areas of real property, probate and civil litigation. Seton is a graduate of Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama with a degree in Chemistry. While at Spring Hill, Seton was a member of the Mens Swim Team and actively involved in extracurricular activities. After graduating from Spring Hill, Seton earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. While at Nova Seton was a member of the Deans List for academic performance. He began his career as a staff attorney for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company handling civil trial matters. His representative experience there included serious bodily injury suits, wrongful death suits, insurance disputes, and fraudulent claims. Seton currently counsels clients in a broad range of areas that include real estate, probate litigation and related matters. Seton is actively involved within the community and is a member of the board of directors for the Nature Coast ARC, Hernando County YMCA, and Notre Dame Catholic School. He is also a graduate of Leadership Hernando Class of 2011. Seton and his wife, Grace, currently reside in Homosassa, Florida. In his spare time, Seton enjoys cycling, running and triathlons.
