Michael H. Conageski

Brooksville Attorney Mr. Conageski is a resident of Hernando County, a place that he has decided to make home and raise his family. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech University and NOVA Southeastern School of Law. During his time in law school, Mike interned with the Public Defenders Office of Broward County Florida where he worked in felony courtrooms and specialty courts like Drug and Mental Health Court. While still a law school student, Mike started his trial experience as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Legal Intern with the Palm Beach County State Attorneys Office. After graduating from law school, Mike went to work for the Fifth Circuit State Attorneys Office, assigned to the Hernando County office. Mike would spend the next seven years of his legal career handling misdemeanor and felony cases. Mike represented the State of Florida in all kinds of criminal cases including DUIs, assault and battery, drug crimes, domestic violence, burglary and robbery cases, and all kinds of other misdemeanor and felony offenses. After leaving the State Attorneys Office, Mike joined a local law firm where he began his career representing those accused of crimes. Through investigation and consultation, Mikes clients are provided with a thorough understanding of the criminal justice process and the charges they are facing. With the goals of protecting clients rights and helping to avoid serious, lasting consequences, Mike has successfully represented clients faced with all kinds of criminal charges.
